Terms and conditions
DEPOSIT
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
This insures that equipment and staff are allocated for your event.
Full payment must be made 72 hours prior to your event.
Your event maybe rescheduled at your request if we receive more than 72 hours notice.
Less than 72 hours notice will incur a 25% rescheduling fee.
Equipment must be accessible for collection at the agreed time stated in your invoice or extra charges may apply.
Prices quoted assume vehicle access to set up location.
If set up location is not on the ground floor or does not have vehicle access extra charges may apply.
Installation of screens and Bell Tents assumed grass set up.
Extra charges may apply for hard surface installation.
The hirer is responsible for any damage to equipment during the Hire period.
Equipment must be returned clean or cleaning fees will apply.
In the event of bad weather.
We will proceed unless there is a risk to public safety.
In windy conditions it is not always possible to set up the larger screens.
It is a rare occurrence.
(we will always try)
We usually have multiple screens on board and will put up the largest screen possible in the current conditions.
(installers will make final decision)
We do not refund the difference in screen sizes.
Power is required within 20 m of set up location.
Equipment returned late will incur a 50% charge per extra day.
